A tourist can be recognized at first glance. It's someone dressed so that, if he were in his own country, he would turn around in the street to stare if he saw himself walk by.

Ok, we have had dogs, cats and other assorted animals for years, but this year we took in an old chihuahua and my husband has gone crazy and wants a costume for him.
I just don't understand it. (but...he would be cute in a costume ;))
